6Do not drip—they will drip. Not—they will drip to God. It will not be shut up, a reproach.7"Does one say, 'House of Jacob, "Is the LORD's Spirit short? Are these his deeds? Do not his words act well with the upright one walking?"'"8And yesterday my people rose against the enemy opposite Solomon; you strip off the robe from upon me on secure return from warfare.9Wives of my people, you drive them out from the house of her delight; from upon her infants you take the honor forever.10Arise and go, for this is not the rest. Because of ritual impurity it corrupts, and corruption is violent.11If a man walks in wind and falsehood, lying—who drips wine and drunkenness to you—he would be the one dripping to this people.
